This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application PawFitter (the "Application"). Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE TERMS OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY, PLEASE DO NOT ACCESS THE APPLICATION.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect information about you in a variety of ways depending on how you interact with the Application:

• Device and Usage Data: Information automatically collected when accessing the Application, including your mobile device ID, IP address, operating system, device name, and app usage metrics.
• Camera & Photo Library: We access your device’s camera or photo gallery to enable the AI virtual try-on and pet sizing features within the app.
• AI Processing Data: Images uploaded by you are processed using Google's Gemini 3.1 and 3.6 AI models to provide virtual costume simulations and size recommendations.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Operate, maintain, and improve the Application.
• Process images through our AI models for sizing and try-on features.
• Facilitate merchandise and wall art purchases by redirecting you to our external Shopify-powered store.
• Monitor app usage and analyze trends to enhance user experience.
• Prevent fraudulent activity and enforce our terms and policies.

3. Third-Party Services and Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with trusted third-party service providers who perform services for us. Common third-party services integrated into our app include:

• Google's Gemini AI Models (AI sizing and try-on generation)
• Shopify (External merchandise and wall art store infrastructure)
• Amazon Associates (Affiliate links for recommended products)
• Google Play Services / Firebase (Analytics & Crash Reporting)
• Apple App Analytics

These third parties are granted access to your information only to perform specific tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

4. External Checkout and In-App Purchases

Purchases of merchandise, wall art, and other physical products are completed on our external Shopify-powered store. When you choose to buy these items, the Application redirects you to a standard web browser or the Shopify checkout experience outside of the app.

These transactions are not in-app purchases and do not use Google Play In-App Billing or Apple In-App Purchase. Payment processing, order fulfillment, and customer service for these purchases are handled directly by Shopify in accordance with Shopify's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

5. Data Retention & Deletion Rights (Google Play Compliant)

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy.

Data Deletion: In compliance with Google Play and Apple App Store account deletion policies, users have the right to request the deletion of their data and accounts at any time. You can request account and data deletion through two pathways:

1. In-App: By contacting us directly or using the account deletion features within the support section of the Application.
2. Email Request: By emailing a data deletion request to info@toshllc.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".

Upon receiving a valid erasure request, Tosh LLC will permanently delete or anonymize all personal data and account profiles from our systems, unless legally required to retain it.

6. Children's Privacy

Our Application does not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child without parental consent, we will delete that immediately.

7. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights under local privacy laws, including the right to access, update, or delete the information we have on you, and the right to opt out of data tracking via your mobile device settings.

8. Security & Encryption of Your Information

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. All user data collected and transmitted by the Application is encrypted in transit using secure protocols (such as HTTPS). While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the data you provide, please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable.
